Writing Play Policy, Operating Procedures and Governance documents can be daunting and time consuming.

These SoHPS approved document templates are available to download and adapt to meet the needs of your service and/or to upload to your organisations policy template.

  Editable documents are available for you to customise for your setting.
  To do this, you need to:

  • Download and open the document in Microsoft Word
  • Click on any text not highlighted and attempt to edit
  • The ‘Restrict Editing’ menu will appear on the right
  • The regions you can edited will be highlighted
  • You have an option to find the next region you can edit or show all regions you can edit
  • When you are finished, un-tick the ‘highlight regions I can edit’ box to remove the highlight
