The fees to re-register with SOHPS are as follows:

Annual Re-registration fee *Payable by HPS listed on public register	£36.00	Payment due by 31 March annually
Late Re-registration fee *Payable by lapsed registrants	£61.00	Payment due at time of Late Application
Return-to-Practice fee	£61.00	Payment due at time of application
Child Life Specialist accreditation	£100.00	Payment due at time of application
